Pierogi are dumplings of unleavened dough, first boiled ,then baked or pan fried with butter and carmelized onions.Traditionally stuffed with potato filling, sauerkraut, ground meat , cheese or fruit.All of my pierogi are made from scratch and handmade, with no preservatives oradditives.
